The main steps to the RLC entrance have been taken out of use for safety reasons. Please do not attempt to use them!! Students are permitted to use the fire exit alongside Reprographics as a temporary exit door until these steps are re-instated.

CLAPHAM ROAD LAYBY: If you who wait for your buses at this location please make sure that you do not block the pavement and thus cause difficulties for members of the general public. Keep to the side away from the road, thus allowing room for people to walk on the pavement easily.
Lunch order: 9, 10, 8, 7, 11, 12, 13
Christmas Lunch today. There will be NO early lunch passes – each group will go through in year order (9, 10, 8, 7, 11, 12,13). Wait in your Common Rooms until called and you will be escorted to the Refectory by your HoY and monitor. Any students unescorted will be sent back!

Choir is on as normal today, 4.15 - 5.15pm. This is the final rehearsal before the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols on Sunday. It is essential that all attend.

Library: Return your library items before the End of Term and pick up a "celebration".

Y13 Chemistry Revision Sessions –IN S12, 1:30 – 2:10 Organic Chemistry CMC

Y13: AS History Resits: Vietnam War revision lessons will take place between 1.35 and 2.15 pm in H10.
Y7 Monitor Team – please meet briefly with Mrs D’Arcy in Ma7 at 10.35am.

Y12: PPE revision session in PPE library at 1.30 pm.
 

World Challenge Green Team; URGENT meeting that all need to attend at 1.05pm in H12.

URGENT World Challenge Meeting Yellow Team: Break Time in PPE 1, Mr Baker’s room in the Rutherford Building. Food for the weekend needs collecting. If you’re not there you’ll be given the heaviest items to carry!

Y9, 10, 11 & 6th Form Football - all players please ensure that they have returned their pre-season training letters to Mr Bignell by end of school today.

Time
8.40 Normal registration and briefing should take place in tutor groups
8.50 Establish form strategy, organize groups, nominate ‘official answer sheet minder’
8.55 Tutors go through quiz rules which are as follows:-

• Books, information technology, mobiles or other information sources may NOT be used in this quiz.
• Conferring is encouraged in a quiet orderly class situation.
• Identify as many images as you can on the single answer sheet as neatly as possible.
• Forms whose results reach the Art Department after 10.15am will be PENALISED.
• Integrity should be maintained at all times until the quiz is complete.
• Form Tutor must take charge of the marking.
• There are 5 bonus points for each round if ALL images have been identified correctly.
9.00 Issue papers and commence quiz
9.40 Quiz ends – 5 minutes allowed to finalize answers which should be clearly written in ink
9.45 Tutors and helpers begin marking - totals totted by tutors
10.05 Answer sheet should be taken to the Art Department 10.15 Break

Thereafter back to form rooms for form matters followed by the final assembly

11.10: Y10-13 to the Howard Hall for Assembly (wait for call down!), Y7-9 with Tutors.
12.00 Dismiss.

Locker areas are to be cleared of any items from the tops and underneath lockers. Any items left at the end of term will be disposed of.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING HOME BY BUS PLEASE CHECK THE DEPARTURE TIME CAREFULLY AND BE AT THE BUS STOP PROMPTLY.
